Introducing MyCardFlow
We’re excited to announce the launch of MyCardFlow.com, a sports and trading card scanning and eBay listing automation platform built by active card sellers.
We understand how much time and effort it takes to manage and grow a card store on eBay. Over the years, our listing process evolved from using a basic flatbed scanner, to investing in a Ricoh fi-8170, to testing third-party sports card listing software, and eventually to building our own solution around the specific needs of our store.
That solution became MyCardFlow.

Why We Built MyCardFlow
We built MyCardFlow around three priorities:
- Speed
- Accuracy
- Flexibility beyond single-card listings
Many sports card listing tools are designed primarily for individual cards. While singles are an important part of our business, we also needed a more efficient way to create bulk lots and You Pick / Complete Your Set listings.
Our goal was to build one platform that could support multiple card listing formats without requiring sellers to use several different tools or repeat the same manual work.
A Faster Card Listing Workflow
Listing sports cards one at a time can quickly become one of the biggest obstacles to growing an eBay store.
Scanning card images, identifying each card, entering item details, creating titles, and reviewing listings can take hours. MyCardFlow helps automate these repetitive steps so sellers can move inventory from their desk to their eBay store more efficiently.
The platform is designed to help card sellers process inventory faster while still maintaining control over the information included in each listing.
Scan at Your Desk or On the Go
MyCardFlow runs in the browser, so it works the same on a desktop and on a phone.
At the desk, a flatbed scanner and a large screen make quick work of a long session. Away from it, your phone camera is enough. MyCardFlow crops and straightens photos automatically, so a card shot on a table at a show becomes a clean listing image.
That means you can scan a card at home, or a car rip and have the listings ready before you leave.
Accurate Card Identification and Listing Details
Speed is important, but automation is only useful when the results are accurate.
MyCardFlow helps identify sports card details and organize listing information while making it easy to review and correct the results. This reduces manual data entry without forcing sellers to give up control over their listings.
Accurate titles, descriptions, categories, and item specifics can also help buyers find your cards more easily on eBay.
We also wanted a faster way to add a combo image. Simply upload your front and backs and MyCardFlow will create a composite adding more images to your listing without any extra photos.

More Than Just Listing Singles
One of the main reasons we created MyCardFlow was to support the different ways sports card sellers organize and sell their inventory.
In addition to individual card listings, MyCardFlow is designed to support:
- Bulk card lots
- Player and team lots
- Set-based inventory
- You Pick listings
These listing formats can help sellers move more inventory, provide buyers with more options, and create listings that would otherwise take hours to build manually.
Built by Sports Card Sellers
MyCardFlow was not created as a theoretical software project. It grew directly from the challenges we experienced while operating our own eBay sports card store.
Every part of the platform has been shaped by one simple question:
Will this make scanning and listing sports cards faster, easier, and more useful for an actual seller?
We will continue improving MyCardFlow based on our own selling experience and feedback from other sports card sellers.
