Getting started

What does CardFlow do?

You photograph the front and back of a trading card, and CardFlow identifies it, writes an eBay-ready title, suggests a price, and lists it to your connected eBay store — in seconds.

What's the typical flow?

Four steps: (1) Add photos of your cards, (2) Identify them, (3) Review the details and price, (4) List to eBay. You can do one card or a whole batch.

Do I need an eBay account?

To publish listings, yes — you connect your eBay account once in Settings. You can scan, identify, and price cards before connecting; you just can't publish until eBay is linked.

Card scans (credits)

What is a “card scan”?

Identifying one card uses one card scan. Your plan includes a monthly amount, and you can buy one-time top-ups anytime in Settings → Plan & credits.

What happens when I run out?

Identifying pauses until you add more. You can upgrade your plan or buy a top-up from Settings, and you keep everything you've already scanned.

Do failed identifications cost a scan?

No — if identification fails, you aren't charged. You're only charged when a card is successfully identified.

Listing your cards

What's the difference between a single, a lot, and a You-Pick?

A single is one card as its own listing. A lot bundles several cards into one listing sold together. A You-Pick lists many cards under one listing where the buyer picks which one they want — great for selling a set card-by-card.

How does pricing work?

CardFlow suggests a price based on recent comparable eBay sales. It's a starting point — you can always edit any price before listing.

Can I restock a You-Pick later?

Yes. Open the listing from My Listings and use “Add cards” to scan more copies in. CardFlow keeps your local stock in sync with what's sold on eBay so you never oversell.

Your data & account

What happens to my card photos?

They're stored securely and sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to identify the card. They aren't sold or used for advertising.

Is my eBay connection safe?

Yes. Your eBay access is encrypted and used only to perform actions you initiate. You can disconnect anytime in Settings, which immediately deletes the stored access.

How do I delete my account and data?

From Settings, or by deleting your organization in your account settings. This permanently erases your CardFlow data — images, listings, and records. It can't be undone.
