One listing, one variation per card, hundreds of cards deep. CardFlow builds the dropdown from your scans, keeps it stocked as you add more, and tells you exactly where every sold card is sitting.
Scan the cards and every variation is generated for you, named the way a buyer searches and sorted in card order. A 250-card You-Pick is 250 scans, about $4.25 of credits on the Seller plan.
Add new cards to a listing that is already live. We match them to the right variations, so the prices and quantities you already set stay exactly where they are.
Orders arrive scattered across your whole collection. We hand them back as a pull list grouped by the box each card is sitting in, so forty single-card orders is one pass through your inventory.
Questions
What counts as a credit?
One credit is one card scanned and identified by AI. Listing, editing, re-listing, and publishing to eBay are always free. You are only charged when the AI identifies a card.
How accurate is the AI?
Player, year, set, and card number are the reliable fields. Parallels and short prints are the hard ones, and when we do not recognize a parallel for a set we flag it instead of guessing quietly. Every field is editable before anything publishes, so you are always the last check.
Does it handle parallels, numbered cards, and graded slabs?
Yes to parallels and print runs, with low-confidence parallels flagged rather than guessed. For graded cards you can set the grading company, grade, and cert number, and the listing publishes with eBay's graded condition details.
How long can an eBay listing title be?
eBay allows 80 characters. CardFlow writes the title to fit inside that and shows the count as it builds, so you never lose the end of a title to a truncation you did not notice. You can edit any title before it publishes.
How does CardFlow price a card?
It fills the price with the median of recent comparable eBay sales, and you can nudge a whole batch by a percentage. It is not a price guide or a valuation service, and it does not tell you what a card is worth in the abstract. It tells you what similar cards recently sold for on eBay, and the price stays editable.
Do I need a scanner or a lightbox?
No. A phone camera on a plain surface is enough. There is no hardware to buy.
What costs extra?
Top-ups, and nothing else. The number on the plan card is the whole number.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever, from your account settings, and you keep access through the end of the period you have paid for.
