On a single listing the title is nearly the whole search game, and eBay gives you 80 characters. The generated title leads with what buyers actually type: year, set, player, card number, parallel. It stops before eBay truncates it.

Sports singles, non-sport, and trading card games are three different eBay categories with three different required aspects. A Pokémon card goes to CCG Individual Cards with its Game aspect; a baseball card goes to Sports Trading Card Singles with Sport and League. Condition rides along as eBay's structured descriptor, which is what it requires rather than free text.

- Do I have to trust it blindly?
- No. Every field is editable before anything publishes, editing never costs a scan, and nothing reaches eBay until you click publish.
- Do I need a scanner?
- No. Phone photos are fine, and a flatbed scanner works too. The images are cropped and straightened for you either way.
- What about graded cards?
- A slab is detected from the label, and the grader, grade and certification number are read off it. The listing then uses eBay's graded condition rather than the raw one.
- Whose eBay account does it list under?
- Yours. You connect through eBay's official sign-in, the listing appears in your own store, and MyCardFlow takes no commission on the sale.
- What happens to cards I do not list straight away?
- They stay in your inventory, identified. You can list them later, move them into a bulk lot, or add them to a You-Pick.
