Step 1: Penny Sleeve Each Card
Start by placing each of the three cards in its own penny sleeve.
Don’t stack raw cards directly against each other. Penny sleeves provide an inexpensive first layer of protection against surface scratches and edge wear.

Bonus Tip: Put the Label Over the Envelope Flap
This goes against what many of us were taught when addressing envelopes in school, but we like to put our thermal shipping label on the same side as the envelope opening.
Why?
The adhesive from the shipping label provides another layer of security over the flap, helping keep the envelope sealed during transit.
If you’re printing your labels on normal paper instead of using a thermal printer, you can accomplish the same thing by securely taping the printed label over the flap.
Just make sure the barcode and shipping information remain completely visible.
